Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will replace any bottle that is corked or flawed.
Return Process

Email our team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our sommelier team may reach out to discuss the wine's profile to confirm if the bottle is technically flawed.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If a return is authorized, repack the unopened or recorked bottles in the original protective shipping container.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no cost.
